Joe Jardine, MS, LMFT
Joe grew up in the heart of Orange County, where I experienced firsthand the unique pressures of academic achievement and competitive sports culture. As a former college athlete turned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), he now brings over 20 years of solution-focused therapy experience to the table, working with clients who want to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Joe works not only as a solution-focused therapist, but also a performance mindset coach, partnering with clients who want to achieve real growth in their lives. He has had the privilege of coaching athletes, artists, and performers at all levels, from NFL and NCAA competitors to Nickelodeon actors and Professional CrossFit champions. He also spent time as a baseball coach at El Toro High School and as a psychology professor for a decade, sharing the tools for mental toughness and growth with both aspiring students and community groups. His work includes topics on social media/screen use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, marriage, confidence building, performance anxiety, and sports psychology. Joe operates from an eclectic and solution focused experience seeking to meet each client where they are by examining their past, experiencing them in the present, and collaborating on the potentials of the future. Joe believes in the power of restoration through developing and prioritizing an authentic connection with each of his clients in which they can experience vulnerability met with compassion, understanding, and even a little fun!
At home, Joe is a proud husband and dad to three amazing kids, who keep him busy coaching their sports teams and navigating the joys of family life. When he is off-duty, you’ll probably find him on the pickleball court or casting a line as an avid fly fisherman.
